BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Work experience has exposed me to the different manufacturing job functions. Working at Toyota made me very familiar with the Japanese style of management. Supervised the die engineering section. Responsible for managing development projects like the manufacturing of new dies, developing new production lines and improving existing production systems. Led the development of stamping dies for the Corolla and Tamaraw models. Member of the Kaizen team that worked on improving the production process in one station of the production line.

Underwent extensive training in the production preparation (design cost computations, die fabrication) of stamping dies. Assisted in the development of stamping dies that was shipped to NUMMI (a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors). Prepared the stamping production process for some components of the Camry model.
