On-the-job Training - Employee Information Systems (EIS) Department
• Recruitment group– sorted and encoded resumes, called job applicants for rescheduling vis-ŕ-vis exam and interview, conducted entrance examinations, checked and encoded exam results, assisted recruitment personnel in clerical works, compiled 201 files
• Compensation group– accomplished data lay-out of UL employee-compensation plan after which encoded in Microsoft Excel, gave simple presentation of finished Excel lay-out, helped upgrade lay-out of compensation records (proofread and encoded)
• Organizational Development Group- proofread OD Training modules, prepared training materials, assisted in publicity of division’s recognition night e.g. called awardees of high rank positions and prepared invitations, improved employees record of job descriptions and input on MS Excel
