2. Analyze information gathered and prepare an audit report per company containing the audit.
Coordinate with the claimants and with other government agencies (e.g., Board of Investment, Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Internal Revenue) for additional data and clarify matters encountered in the conduct of the post audit.
Request from verification of documents from the Verification and Authentication Division as well as request for pertinent information from other CENTER Divisions for post audit purposes.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor.

Signs requests letters in behalf of the Deputy Executive Director for verification purposes.
Acts as an assistant to the Division Head and performs the same function in his/her absence.
Prepares inter-office memoranda and other correspondences regarding transfer of dockets to the succeeding divisions, responses to other inquiries and information for dissemination.
Updates records from time to time regarding status of claims whether verification results were already completed.
Verify importation documents as processed based on Bureau of Customs Import Database.
Answers to company inquiries as to the status of their applications and other questions raised in the absence of the head of the division.
Conducts inquiries to the other division heads regarding issues concerning policies pertaining to tax credit applications.
Evaluates the validity of documents with respect to recommendations given by other divisions.
Follow-up results of verification from third party agencies with respect to veracity and legitimacy of pertinent documents relative to tax credit claim.
Send and receive results of verification.
Prepares verification requests to Banks, Bureau of Customs, SEC, LTO, Local Supplier/Buyer and other agencies/sector.
Prepare reports that maybe asked from time to time regarding accomplishments of the division.
Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Prepares response letter addressed to various companies relative to their inquiries.
Drafts letters, memoranda and other correspondences addressed to the different divisions of the office.
Conducts research and consultation on queries, complaints and legal issues relative to tax credit and duty drawback applications.
