Due to elimination of pointing device power consumed, weight of the machine is reduced. Efficiency increased.

Description :
This project is designed to modify the existing area for better productivity improvement. The plant, which is working with 13 baths, is to be reallocated in different place from the standing area. While the area is suitable for both phospating and plating plants. Formerly the plating plant is located at far way from the phospating plant. Plant is modified from microprocessor to PLC (Programmable Logic Control) devices.
