education classes.
3. Subdivide the work to be done, delegate authority and responsibility to members
of the physical therapy staff and interns.
4. Supervise the training, evaluation and performance of the physical therapy
interns.
5. Supervise the care and maintenance of the physical therapy facilities and
equipment.
6. Establish continuous education, research and activities for professional
advancement, and improvement of physical therapy services.

Clinical Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates with the physiatrist, physical therapy staff and nursing staff to ensure
optimum care and treatment.
2. Involved in direct patient care in an in/out-patient setting with various geriatric
cases.
3. Monitors proper documentation of physical therapy treatment per patient.
4. Monitors the progress of patients.
5. Makes annual report on patients/case load, equipment inventory, and operating
expenses.
