(Solid Cement Corporation) – Area Sales Manager , Aug. 1999 – Sept. 2000 , A Mexican based cement manufacturer , among the BIG 4 in the cement industry who recently invested in the Philippines , was hired through AMROP International Consulting Group ; Was part of the team who established a client database for the South Luzon market, implemented transition of distribution from dealer based to direct selling. Developed a comprehensive market/industry analysis to substantiate overall projections for the company. Was able to regain a 50% market share in the industry in less than 6 months. Assisted audit group in accounts reconciliation of problematic dealers.
