Responsible for hiring and firing of university employees both in academic and administrative division.§
Prepares and handles 201 files database of both faculty and administrative employees of the University of San Carlos. §
Supervises working scholars of the office§
Make and request budget for the trainings and workshop to be conducted by the HRMO.§
Conduct and tabulate administrative and faculty evaluation. §
