Description : The project aims at proposing action plans for the
selected watersheds in the form of Water harvesting structures, check dams, contour checks, rain water harvesting zones etc. and also inclusion of all non-spatial data available for the area to help concerned authorities in decision making.

Title : Potential Utilisation of Fly Ash in Shedi Soil

Description : The project aims at utilising Fly Ash and Shedi both considered as waste, one by the industrial
people and the other as a problematic soil by both
geologists and farmers and also to find an optimum percentage of Fly Ash and other admixtures like cement and / or lime. The bricks so formed were of satisfying standards and were economical due to sun drying and the cheap availability of raw materials.
