· Didactic Manager for these language centres.

HERBERT SMITH SOLICITORS Sept 1997 - July 1999
· BANKING AND CAPITAL MARKETS DEPARTMENT – 14 months. Drafting tender and contractual documentation for multiple sector project work including PFI and other banking facilities. Identification, analysis and publication of the legal developments in banking, capital markets and projects including work for “PLC Magazine” (Practical Law for Companies), “Privatisation International” and Herbert Smith’s quarterly external publications “Banking Briefing” and “Euro Briefing”.
