Quality Control Auditor
Responsible to audit parts and the process as per the prescribed control methods in the specific area.
Verify parts to the provided gauges.
Give direction and/or guidance regarding the quality of the product to the manufacturing team.
Issue D.M.Rs when warranted.
Conduct all test procedures and use various test equipment and methods including SPC.
Film builds, color plaques, and adhesion testing of painted production.
Implementing quality alerts and adding new procedures to revise work instructions.
Problem solving, issues rise on a daily basis, the vital few over the trivial many.
Training operator new at SPC, standards and deviations.
Working with the Quality Manager to ensure reproducibility and repeatability on molded production as well as painted stock.
Assuring assembly is done by correct methods, from safety to proper assembly and torque.
Conducting material, chemical, field failure analyses with the Quality Control Technician.
Working with the manufacturing engineers to ensure that the inspection methods do not reduce production and yield.
Teaching Experience:
- Taught grade 1 children for 6 months as part of a co-op program in parenting class.
- Tutored 2 elementary age students in many subjects for 3 years.
- Taught English as a second language to an immigrant privately for about 8 months now and still continue to tutor this individual until he becomes fluent in this language.
- Assisted my mother in preparing and teaching at Sunday school for the local church. Students were taught English as a second language as well as Religion.
- Tutored 5 high school students in many subjects after school for 2 years.
- Tutored 3 college students in there studies at St. Clair College, all of which majored in computer science.
- Taught many LDM Technologies employees their computer skills as well as procedures and work instructions, most of these employees were not native English speakers.
- Produced a video for Cardinal Carter Secondary School that was displayed for possible future students.
- Baby-sat three children under four years of age for two and a half months. I prepared many activities for them, a great learning experience helping them train for pre-school.
- Tourza Public School located in Tourza Lebanon, assisted with class preparation and correcting.
- Faradise Elementary School in northern Lebanon, assisted a teacher with class work correction.
- Rosary School, located in Mountazah Lebanon, assisted the staff with several school duties.
- Seoul, Korea kids herald school I taught there as a full time English instructor to students between the ages of 6 and 16.
- L.G. Home Shopping, also located in Seoul, Korea. I taught adults business and English part time.

Underwent special SPC training required by GM, and successfully completed all SPC courses. I also completed a color test also required by GM.
Skills
Can program in C++, C, Windows, JAVA, HTML, and I am extremely good with computers, typing and the Internet.
I am fluent in three different languages.
Received a certificate that states that I completed 600 hours of French during high school; I can read and write French.
I am also a proud member of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).
