Active participant with the Santa Clara University School of Law Intellectual Property Association, and the American Bar Association, Patent Legislation Committee. UNIVERSITY OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK 1994
Undergraduate education consisted of a very heavy concentration of course work in sciences including calculus based physics (more than twenty semester hours), Thermodynamics, Radiological Controls, Chemistry, Nuclear Materials, and Nuclear Reactor technology. Studied Marine Engineering, Linear Algebra, & Calculus (15 semester hours).

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

PART TIME AND SUMMER WHILE LAW STUDENT MAY 1994 - JAN 1997
Held several part time and summer legal positions while a full time law student. Including summer work with the High Technology Crime Unit of the Office of the Santa Clara County District Attorney. In that Position I conducted legal research, drafted legal memorandum and briefs, assisted in the preparation of criminal trade secret cases for litigation, interviewed witnesses, and help frame legal issues by conducting a substantive review of documents.

UNITED STATES NAVY
NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SUPERVISOR 1990 - 1994
Supervised and managed twenty-six Nuclear Power Plant technicians. Responsible for power plant operations, quality assurance of nuclear components including testing of nuclear materials and inspection of nuclear power plant systems to insure compliance with technical criteria. Performed technical calculations to insure proper functioning of nuclear reactors.

UNITED STATES NAVY NUCLEAR POWER SCHOOL 1988 - 1990
Successfully completed a two-year course of study in Nuclear Technology. Certified as a nuclear reactor operator on both the Westinghouse D1G and S3G Nuclear Power Plant Systems.

UNITED STATES NAVY RECRUIT TRAINING CENTER 1988
RECRUIT CHIEF PETTY OFFICER
Head recruit for an eighty-man boot camp company. Lead recruits in training, marching, and inspection exercises. Acted as a liaison between recruits and the company commanders. Acknowledge as the top athletic recruit by the company.
