WORK EXPERIENCE
2001 – 2002 Sales Manager, ABS-CBN HONG KONG LTD.
Responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets for membership and all products carried by the club, including phone cards, internet, pre-need services, money remittance, cargo services and Consumer Product items. Also responsible for the administration and management of the club’s Rewards (Loyalty) Program.
2000 - 2001 Project Manager, WIRELESS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP
Main responsibility was establishing sales network for proposed CMTS company for BayanTel. Also acted as Liaison Officer between CMTS Group and vendors including Siemens, Ericsson, Nortel, Lucent, and Alcatel. Also recommended coverage of the proposed CMTS network through ocular inspection of all major towns and cities nationwide.
1999 - 2000 Group Account Manager, BAYAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC.
Responsible for ensuring that revenue and volume targets of a group composed of Accounts Specialists and Sales Agents were achieved without exceeding approved OPEX budget. Areas of responsibility included Manila, Novaliches, Valenzuela, Malabon and Quezon City. Also responsible for conducting employee appraisals.
1998 - 1999 Assistant Manager, SOLIDBANK CORPORATION
Underwent a two-month extensive training on banking, particularly sales of retail banking products and customer service. Responsible for generating and maintaining deposit and loan accounts; solicited applications for credit cards as well as for other credit facilities.
1994 - 1997 Branch Rental Manager, ENTERPRISE LEASING, Chicago, Illinois
Responsible for overall operation of rental branch with more than $10M worth of assets. Underwent extensive training in the fields of fleet and asset management, customer service and employee development. Other job functions included: 1) Accounts Receivable; 2) Sales and Marketing; and 3) Purchasing. Also responsible for employee appraisals.
