My responsibilities were presales activities and layout planning of CAD/CAM/CIM based Apparel Industrial processing system, Investronica Products, MRT (Smart Hanger System), Tajima (Embroidery Machine), DG/ML(Tajima Embroidery Software), Pulse Micro System(Embroidery Software), Cintex (Metal Detector Machine).
After sales issues included installation, training application and hardware maintenance support and service of all computer processing system like Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM System (Spain), Tajima Embroidery Machine (Japan), Metal Detector Machine Cintex (USA), Smart Hanger System MRT in the region.
Since Almurtaza Machinery Co. LTD became sole agent in Pakistan for Investronica CAD/CAM/CIM System product, I had been chosen as Sales & System Engineer for the Investronica Sistemas Products in the region, that time GGT was holding 100% market share but within the year we got 50% share in the market and first time I introduced CAD System in Pakistan Leather Industry with a phenomena to minimize the time wastage for patterns making and grading. We sold out Six CAD System and one with patterns cutting plotter AC-1000 (Mutoh) only to Leatherwear manufacturer Industry Sailkot (Pakistan).
My sales achievements in Almurtaza Machinery Co. 12 Investronica CAD System, One Hundred Station consist INVESMOVER System, 11 Tajima Embroidery Machines, Three Cintex metal detector machines, Four Pulse Micro System (embroidery software), Three DG/ML (Tajima Embroidery Software), Three MRT (Smart Hanger System) each consist of 50 stations.
First time in Pakistan (Karachi) we developed a CAD School and taught patterns making grading through Investronica, Invesmark PGS Tailoring Tools.

Sole agents and authorized services provider for Monarch (USA) Barcode Printers, Inventory Control Systems, Willet (UK) Continues Ink Jet Printers. My responsibility was to establish a well-equipped workshop for support of after sales services.
Sales marketing activities were presales planning, layout designing, application and installation, commissioning orientation of Monarch and Willet printers. Synchronizing the Bar Code printers with the clients existing networks, developing the bar codes as per client’s requirements for the inventory control system & security control systems also synchronizing the Willet continues ink jet printer with client existing manufacturing units, like in food staff manufacturing unit, Braverage and Medicines unit.

I worked in PERAC a state department as hardware executive engineer my responsibilities was repair, installation and I was also academic in charge. I developed their well-equipped regional division workshop for the repair, service and also for the seminars. As academic in charge I arranged the curriculums for industrial purpose courses of computer hardware maintenance, industrial electronics, bio-medical equipments maintenance and as well as arrange the seminar of PLC (programmable Logic Control) service and operation. My job was on contract bases.

During the period of my job as Sales & System Engineer (CAD/CAM/CIM) I adapted following three major Steps.
Sales marketing responsibilities were basic demonstration to manufacturer. Coordination of specific demonstration and benchmark. Evaluation of the manufacturer needs and preparation of appropriate proposal, follow-up of system installation and customer training.
As a full time Demonstrator and Trainer Person I always kept preparation of files and documentations for presentations, customer analysis during presentation, benchmark adapted to customer needs, customer training and support. I have high level of knowledge of patterns designing, grading, marking and having good knowledge of Investronica Sistemas products, having knowledge of apparel industry, as well as knowledge of sales and I have very good experience in apparel manufacturing industry like knitwear, denim and leatherwear.
As CAD/CAM Engineer I have very good experience of installation customer computers, digitizer, plotters, patterns cutting plotter as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of installations, good experience in internal integrated card repair as well as good knowledge of windows operating system and electronic control computer peripheral.
CAD/CAM/CIM System the future need for the Apparel and Upholstery Industry.
In the near future customers will expect a powerful solution of fashion technology and an information management solution specifically design for the resource management of apparel and textile industries also an efficient, centralized and integrated communication setting that facilitated an adequate decision taking process and allows access to all the information related to different departments of the firm. Such classic solution gives access for patterns generation system, marker management system and data base products management system.
