I have finished a degree in Bachelor of Arts and Communication at Maryknoll College in 1989.I have worked in Dubai for 2years at Dubai International Airport as a customer service staff.I am presently working for China Airlines, Manila for 10 years now as a Senior Ticketing staff.As a frontliner I attend to walk-in-passengers and do my best to assist them.Like lost ticket case, rerouting, refund, extension of validity of their tickets. I was also sent to Taipei, Taiwan for several trainings to enhance my job. I have also undergone trainings and seminars in Dubai as well and all of these are job related.
