Duties include handling calls from German Customers over the phone as well

This enhanced my Customer Relation skills by exposing me to issues requiring

Attained exceptional experience and training in 12 years being exposed to
the various jobs that is geared towards Customer Satisfaction. Degrees in
College gave sufficient theoretical concept as to how to administer and formulate
to catering to Customers as well as enriched theories in handling and
corelating with colleagues. Being employed in Etelecare gave me extensive training
in all fields of customer relations. Was exposed to holding talks to groups of
foreign clients. Also was chosen spokes person for several company videos.

German Language:
Excellent in the German Language. Having German as my mother tongue and
extensively exposing myself to it by traveling to Germany, reading and writing,

institut contributed to applying it in customer service and the fluent use of the
Language.
English Language:
Having travelled extensively exposed me to using the English language. Being
exposed to different English accents made me able to understand and

Having a computer as my main source of communication medium and using it

photoshop is acquired as well as the use of scanning and printing on

Video Editing and Video Camera Handling:
Sufficient training was gained in St. Scholastica and Miriam College during
my Education. As well as doing video interviews in my spare time for free
lance jobs gave me extensive knowledge not only in taking videos but editing as
well.
Photography:
Training in Photography by use of manual, automatic and digital cameras was
gained during my education in Miriam College. This was further intensified
when i was working as a journalist which required me to take excellent
photographs for magazines and the webpage.
Advertising Strategies and Story Boards:
Theory and Practice of Advertising Strategies and Story board making for
print, tv and radio was developed in College. It was further developed when
working as a Production Assistant Manager with SazC Productions which required a
lot of conceptualization from mere ideas to actual aplication.
Script writing for Radio and TV:
During my Education, my line of expertise was Script writing. This was put
into practice when i was working as a DJ at former 105.9 LA FM.
Journalism writing, Editing and Lay-out:
Extensive training in different styles of writing was gained during my
education. being class editor during numerous instances enhanced my writing
knowledge and gave me exposure in article lay-out in newspaper and magazine form by
use of Adobe Pagemaker.
Theater Script writing, Acting and stage Managing:
Exposure aquired for three years in Miriam College being part of plays in
the school theater as well as theater class. it was later enhanced by exposing
myself to clown hostings, movie acting and band performances.
Song writing and composing:
It started out as a hobby, loving to write since childhood gave me enough
materials to compose music to lyrics by use of the piano and the guitar.
Painting:
As a form of self expression, since childhood, have been painting but not
solely on canvas but also on furniture and walls creating unique artwork.
