Current position requires installation and maintenance of electronic

Position requirements were maintaining intrusion detection and monitoring
systems for various complex industrial buildings at Naval Air Station
Lemoore including pharmacies, credit unions and ATM machines. Responsible
for repairing and modifying numerous electronic and microprocessor based
digital fire and intrusion detection systems transmitted via radio high
frequency antennae's and telecommunication lines. Primary systems
maintained include; fire alarm audibles, halon suppresion, C.O.2 at the
jet engine test facilities, various sprinkler systems, hospital magnetic
door closures that were controlled by an F.C.I. fire control panel and
repaired various electronic marquee billboards located at N.A.S. Lemoore.
Position required applicant to independently troubleshoot and repair
various alarm transmitters and digital dialers and receivers. Position
required daily preventative maintenance of
fire sprinkler systems and various smoke and heat detectors, alarm
initiating devices such as water flow swiches and radio frequency
transmitters. Applicant was required to coordinate with fire inspectors
and plumbers to insure a timely and successful completion of annual fire
system inspections and to submit inspection reports and make
recommendations as to repairs needed and type and quality of equipment
used. Applicant was tasked with independently evaluating customer
generated work orders and ensuring a follow up on each call to customer
satisfaction.

During my tenure as an Instrument Mechanic at Lemoore, I maintained a
greater than 100% production performance record with no safety infractions
and no defects in instrument quality resulting in aircraft down time. I
held status as a collateral duty inspector throughout my 13 year tenure as
an Instrument Mechanic. This status is awarded by the Department of
Defense only to qualified mechanics that have demonstrated exceptional
knowledge and proficiency in the maintenance and inspection of
instruments, accessories and components. The mechanic is tasked with the
responsibility of attesting to the quality and reliability of each
instrument that passes his scrutiny. I maintain certification of Micro
Miniature Component Repair to present date. I successfully completed a
