Designing the steam piping system ( without boiler, turbine, condenser) for a captive power plant. The work involves;

3] Preparation of P & ID,
4] Equipment layout drawing & Piping layout drawings,
5] Isometric drawings for the pipelines,
6] Bill of materials for these lines,
7] Providing suitable insulation to lines,
8] Providing suitable piping supports and expansion joints if any.
Project Work for B.E. mechanical
Barrel lifter, tilter and shifter. Designed and fabricated a working model for versatile, efficient and easy operations in industrial units where effort and time are very important factors in material handling.
Project Work for D.A.E.
Hydraulic Lift Platform for Two-Wheelers. Built an operating model for lifting two wheelers from floor to required height for maintenance purpose. The equipment achieves good ergonomic results for operators and persons involved with maintenance.
