Quality Assurance Laboratory Engineer:
1.Tests raw materials either by titration or instrumentation method.
2.Tests in-process product by instrumentation method.
3.Tests finish products’ physical and chemical properties.
4.Tests some of in-process and finish product’s physical properties.
5.Evaluate and control quality from raw materials to finish product based on tests results.
6.Perform minor trouble shooting of instruments/equipments used.

4.5S chairman, arrange individual assignments and formulate means in how to rate each individual by himself or herself. Provided monthly progress reports for individual to know the areas where to improve. The manager takes this as one of the basis of personnel’s performance. This effort was commended by management and urges other departments to do the same.
