I graduated Last April 5, 1997 at New Era University BS Accountancy. With 2 and half year working experience with Staff Alliance, Inc.
I am the Accounting and Administrative Assistant of Staff Alliance, Inc.
My accounting responsibilities are:
Processing Company Payables, Petty Cash Custodian, Bookkeeping, Checking of Billing, Credit and Collection of Receivables and Creditable Tax.
My Administrative responsibilities are:
Sourcing and Procurement of Office Supplies, Office equipments, services like repairs, nd other items that may be deemed necessary in daily company Operations.
Monitoring and issuance of office supplies
Supervises messenger and custodians operations
Coordinator of Company Seminars, Training, Meetings and other events
Maintenance of Files (softcopies and hardcopies)
Releasing of ATM to Contractual Employees
And all Internet related work.
