Description zPlans aspires to help its users plan and co-ordinate the activities involved in organizing an event . zPlans identifies three types of people who will use the web-site based on the roles that they perform and the rights that they have with respect to the event that they are associated with. A “host” is a person who initiates the event by accessing the zPlans “Home page” and enters details about the event on the “Event Creation Page” and “event Detail Page”. The host has the authority to visit all the pages related to an event. A “co-host” is also an event organizer who has the right to change the event-related information as well as add new “invitees “ to the event. An “invitee” is a person who receives an invitation from zPlans on
behalf of the host. ZPlans creates a “User-Page” for each user which tells him at a glance the events he has been invited to and those he is hosting. A “host page” is created for every host, which helps him keep track of the progress on the activities. The “invitee page” helps the invitee gain event-related information and helps him with selection of gifts, planning his travel etc. The users of this web-site can register complains or seek help on some issues or voice their suggestions to the Customer Service Department using the ”Customer Service Request Look up “ form and the “ ADD CSR” form. The status of the orders placed by the users can be seen from the “Order-Invoice “ page. zPlans requires users to enter a user id and password to identify them easily when they access the site as well as for future use which can be done on the “logon-Screen”. Role Involved in developing the Servlets to get fired on selection activities of user. Involved in developing the XML files for page generation.Contributed in the client side validations for the middle layer, which consists of Java WebLogic Server and Servlets. Description Lear Corporation is manifacturing company makes car seats for FORD Company .The project was to enhance the existing software according to their requirements such as increase the Barcode field and creating new Files and members.
Role Involved in developing and design for their new 2000 model.For that i wrote new RPG code .According to the requirment of production i was involved in making modifications .Applied new validations for new enhancments.Also i made new files to make their DataBase easy to handle providing more securities.
Project 5 On Line Questionnaire
Duration Feb 99 to April 99.

Description An on line questionnaire that is randomly generated from a database of questions has been developed, time is stipulated for each question on completion of exam and the result is immediately given. The validations on both sides Server as well as Client are done for new login. The validation includes checks on the number of logins for same client.
Role Involved in developing the random class for selection of the questions from the database. Contributed in the client side validations for the middle layer, which consists of Java Web Server and Servlets. Implemented JDBC-ODBC Bridge for accessing the database.

Description The system takes care of inventory of electronics goods, which includes the assembling of model given to the third party, goods in process, sales, and purchases. System has the following modules: - Purchase order, GRN, Job Order, Issues to shop floor or third party to process job order, Sales, Adjustments, Reports.
Role Involved in developing the addition, updating modules in RPG 400 and designing the input screens by SDA for GUI designing of the same modules. Wrote about 25 reports for daily transactions. Used CL 400 program for date validations.

Description The maintenance of various files such as Bank Master File, Fix
Deposit File, Transaction File, (Through Subfiles) and Petty Cash Calculations of maturity amount for fixed deposits was incorporated in this system. The system also provided monthly transaction reports like customer wise and bank wise transaction details. Automatic passbook updated is included in this system.
Role Involved in developing the subfiles for various daily transaction reports. Involved in developing the addition, updating modules in RPG 400. Used CL 400 program for date validations. Designed about 50 screens.
Project 8 Pay roll system for employee

Description The system is for maintenance of employee database in an organization. Each employee is given a particular code there by which he/she can be identified. A complete description of employee is maintained and viewed. Using RLU can generate the pay slip of each employee. There is extensive use of ‘SUBFILES’ for any help.
Role As a team lead I was involved in the designing and development of application, testing and client communication. Performed R and D on mainly subfiles (Addition from one subfile to other at the same time update physical files as well) subfilenextchange (SFLNXTCHG), subfile messages (SFLMSG), SFCSCRNBR and initialization with subfile RNA (SFLINZ and SFLRNA) as per the requirement implemented these things in the program for better output he had also done case study of order, Hotel Management and Ticket Air lines System Projects.
