· Provide Musculoskeletal Examination, which requires inspection and palpation as well as unique tests, such as ROM, MMT and Special Test.
· Provide Neurological Examination, which includes assessment of Level of Consciousness, Mental Status, Communication, Cranial Nerve Function, Superficial and Deep Sensation Function, Motor Reflex Function and Cerebellar Function.
· Obtain Medical History and provide Physical Examination for Pediatrics with suspected functional impairment secondary to variations in normal childhood development following an organic cause.
· Analyze assessment data and identify problems so that these areas are then supported and emphasized during therapy.
· Determine appropriate treatment goals both long-term and short-term, which assists in treatment planning, prioritizing, monitoring and measuring effectiveness of treatment.
· Formulate and implement treatment plan using different Physical Therapy Agents and Modalities.
· Re-evaluate patient’s response to treatment as well as the efficacy of intervention given.
· Prescribe appropriate assistive device according to patient’s need and functional status.
