telecommunications company. She has been primarily involved in the implementation and support of modules for the product
catalogue. The Product Catalogue is one of the central features of the system. It controls the selection and configuration
of products during the order handling process.
She was also responsible for supporting modules for Customer Management, Work Force Management, Trouble Management, and
Facilities Management System. She was tasked to determine, find and implement a solution, do code review, write a unit test
plan and patch note, test the system, and update the design specification based on the changes done on the modules. The
changes may range from simple to complicated programming errors that appear in any environment and must be solved in the
shortest amount of time to prevent the system from halting its successful operation.
