Duties & Responsibilities :

Consultant to Finance :
· Recommend to EDP and IT consultant on modification and customization of Micros-Fidelio Back Office systems on Hotels to improve work efficiency and productivity. Recommend control on computerized environment.
· Formulation & modification of the Accounts, Purchasing, and Cost Control departments policies and procedure in line to the Fidelio – Micros system set up.
· Trained Finance department staff in the use of the Micros – Fidelio back office system to maximize the usage and benefits of the system to the hotel.


Assistant/Acting Financial Controller :
Reporting directly to Ship Financial Controller and oversee the operation with regards to finance related matters. Check the accuracy on Income Auditor and Cost Controller Reports. Assist in the implementation of various operation strategies and controls to contribute for the achievement of budgeted revenues while reducing cost; these include strategy development, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Review and monitor the pricing of goods and services to ensure that these are in line with Hotel Operation directives to the benefit of the company. To provide value added feedback on pricing strategies. Verify ship’s departmental expenses and purchases. Prepare comparative monthly and weekly report on actual revenue and consumption from the budget. Conduct monthly inventory on fuel and oil.
As being in charge likewise with the casino, the duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to chip counts, soft count, hard count, spot check and report preparation.

Materials Management Manager :
Oversee cost control, storekeeping, receiving and purchasing. Managing the Hotel Supply market. responsible for the efficient flow of goods into, through and out of the Hotel and for the procurement of goods and services at the right quality, quantity, time and price. Ensure stores are stock with minimum par stock required to guarantee efficient operation. Make sure that strategic purchasing principles are adhered to. Prepare report for calculation and evaluation of monthly consumable expenses and comparison to budget.

Chief Accountant :
In charged on Financial Reporting that provide the management and Head Office with accurate and timely report. Maintain accounting system and coordinate with EDP in ensuring that integrity errors and other problems in the system are attended immediately to minimize disruption. Prepare account analyses, monthly and year to date forecast on cash flow and budget. Ensure that all regulatory requirements are properly meet.
