I'm currently working in Crown Casino for 2 years. With this I deal with the customers, handle food & beverages such as working behind the bar, making cocktails and other beverages. I also do waitressing, train the new staff to work behind the bar and with waitressing, handling the cash register and manager the register at the end of the night.
I have also worked as a supervisor in a Aquatic Sport Centre. With this I organise the referees for the night, deal with all ages in customer service, working in the office, organise the beverages and handle the cash register.
I have also worked in the Law Firm as an Office Administrator doing Reception, filling, manage all the manager's diaries & appointments, handle mail in & out, dealing with the customers over the phone & in person, banking, stationaries and other office needs. I also had to train the new staff with using the phone system and the right way to deal with customers.
