B.A. In Education. Have worked with public education in inner city for 19 years and part time with psy. Good with government resolution problems and skills in writing and in computing. High skills in computing in building Pc's. Have been to the Philippines twice over last three years and love the country. Salary can be small cause have outside revenues.
