Organize and track project’s financial progress and percentage. Monitor and measure the effect of variations on cost at completion. Ensures that the contracts are completed within budget, and executed in accordance with contract terms and project procedures. Performed detailed quantity estimates of structural works of 1 underground station and cut and cover tunnel, structural steel propping works, diaphragm wall, bored piling works, earthworks, etc. Other works include budgeting forecasts, cost control, management report generation, submission of fully-documented claims to client, assessment of sub-contractors’ claims, valuation of progress payments, settlement of variations and completion of final accounts, miscellaneous quantity and cost estimations as well as other contract administration functions.

Project :

MRT North-East Line C706, USD 190million - Singapore
The project is the design, construction and completion of two Civil Defense underground stations (Farrer Park and Little India), consisting each of two levels, a total of 14 entrances and 2 cooling towers. In between the two stations is a cut and cover tunnel. Surrounding all the underground structures is a 800mm thick diaphragm wall.
Earthwork 600,000m3; diaphragm wall 58,800m2, bored pile 1,200mm dia x 25,000m, concrete 250,000m3; rebar 40,000t; and formwork 204,000m2.

Outdoor Stadium and Swimming Complex – Roof Structure Contract Packages

Directed administration of the above contracts. Methodically prepared the measurement of the intricate roof structures of the above stadiums including Indoor Stadium. Intensive analysis, assessment and settlement of the complex cost claims such as acceleration, standby and project overhead as well as variations. Completed the final account.
