1. Twenty (20) years of in-depth and well-rounded design & construction experience in heavy multi-disciplinary engineering projects in various capacities: as Project Manager, Construction Engineer, Project Coordinator, Planning Engineer, Cost Engineer and Mechanical Design & HVAC Mechanical Engineer, Scaffolding Design Engineer, and Supervising Field Engineer.

2. Design & consultancy exposure to Building Technologies in HVAC and Refrigeration. Have worked on various projects for Pilipinas Shell Petroleum and Mashhor AirCoole Sdn Bhd. involving refrigeration and air-conditioning solutions. Served as project engineer for the Refrigerated LPG Tank Entrepot for Shell and served as HVAC consultant for Mashhor AirCoole using systems such as BacNet (Building Automation System) and DCV (Demand-controlled CO2 Ventilation). These systems results in significant savings in operating costs and maintenance. Had exposure with foreign Consultants with respect to HVAC automation techniques.

3. Hands-on knowledge and experience in making project feasibility studies, construction planning, project monitoring, material & labor estimation, equipment requirements, detailed specifications, costing and budgeting. Gives advice and knowledge on the technical aspects of a project.
4. Value Engineering on building and HVAC systems to check designs for Energy Efficiency, Cost-benefit optimization, ease of operation and construction using proven technologies and techniques such as T-optimization method, Cooling Load Calculations, and Building Thermal Envelope simulation. These studies can lead to significant savings for the owners/companies.

5. Member, Technical Committee (TECO) Standards Committee- Ministry of Development – Government of Brunei (Year 2000).

6. Proficient computer skills. Conversant with PS-6 Project Scheduler, SAP2000, and most office programs such as Excel, Word, Lotus, PowerPoint, etc. Hands-on can edit files in Autocad.

Scope of works:
The conception, design, drawing, planning and field construction of all refinery Mechanical equipment and projects, whether in Process Plants, Utilities or Oil Movements Areas. The scope involves both CAPEX and Plant Changes Orders.
Examples of these projects were I was involved were: construction of 10,000 m3 LPG Sphere , construction of two(2) refrigerated LPG Storage tanks @ 30,000 m3, LPG Sphere fabrication and construction of 40,000 m3 Crude Oil tank.
Specific Duties and responsibilities as Project Engineer:
The day-to-day distribution of work and supervision of a Projects Field crew of 3 foremen, 4 certified pipe welders, 10 pipe fitters & fabricators and 12 laborers.
The day-to-day distribution of workload and supervision of 4 engineering draftsmen, and 1 utility man in charge of blue printing and library of drawings.
Research and design work of project proposals:
Site investigation; pipe routing and mechanical lay-out and design of piping.
Engineering computations of pipe stresses, temperature expansion loops, vents, drains and supports.
Cost estimation of materials, labor and equipment
Profitability and payback value studies.
Checking for compliance with ASHRAE, ARI, ASME, API, DEP and BPI Codes.
Checking and pre-approval of engineering drawings
Once the project has been approved for implementation, I initiate the purchase of the materials and equipment. With the arrival of the materials, I subject the materials to inspection before certifying these for acceptance.
Planning and scheduling of projects works.
