Dear Engineer Manager:

Enclosed are my latest resume and this cover letter, for your consideration as a Detailer, Designer, or Engineer in Plastics/Metal. My background, training and exposure which includes, metal/plastic/polymer mechanical design, process engineer for plastic parts, cad/cam programmer engineer, research designing in polymer properties and project engineer.

During my work experience and education I have approximately 2500 hours in Pro/Engineer experience.
While attending school at Pittsburg State University I tutored students in Pro/Engineer. My design experience with Pro/Engineer has been in both academic setting and working experiences.

In June and July summer session I help to finish, networking two SGI UNIX Indigo IRIX 6.5 to assist in my senior research project of predicting the properties of two copolymers. They were fullereneC60 with polyurethane as a copolymer. This was accomplished using the software Cerious2 4.2 and Insight II provided by Molecular Simulation Inc., one of the leading material science software in the world. In July the work was on the physical experiment of Polyurethane and C60 based on Scheme I and Scheme II from article, Polyester and Polyurethane of Diphenyl C61: retention of Fulleroid Properties in a Polymer.

I look forward to meeting you, and am very much willing to go where my skills are needed. I am very eager to put into practice all of my new and old skills, for your company. I do desire to create a good working relationship as a winning team. I am willing to go anywhere in the States at this time. At any time, you may leave a message, send a postcard, or you can call or e-mail me. I do check my e-mail almost everyday. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your screening process.

Sincerely,
