Extraordinary Development Corp. is a real estate developer, particularly investment and development of real estate properties. The core market is residential and commercial lots, most specifically low cost and middle income housing as well as high-end lots.

Business Management Team is a group of people working as a team for a specific project. As such, we are responsible in the overall management of the project including the preparation of development plans, project feasibility, designs, layouts, cleaning up of titles, actual implementation of plans including marketing and selling activities.

Job Description
 Prepares annual and semi-annual budgets – a resource management function;
 Monitors usage of resources, operating and sales expenses
 To ensure that expenditures are within budget.

 Calls the attention of members in case of unnecessary expenditures, unscheduled disbursements
 Monitors monthly collection
 Initiates action to ensure efficient collections
 Consistently monitors delinquent accounts and takes corrective action.
 Prepares monthly financial analysis and special reports for Board of Directors
 Analyzes and translates financial reports to meaningful information to facilitate management’s decision-making.
 Develops preventive actions to ensure financial goals.
 Monitors compliance and internal control policies and procedures
 Develops preventive measures and corrective actions to ensure achievement of financial goals of the business teams
 Assures the safety and completeness of lot titles of projects.
 Handles peculiar transactions
