• Monitoring of Quality Management System (ISO 9002) that has been successfully implemented in the organization in 1998.
• Working on Implementation of ISO 14001 Env. Management System.
• Conduct Training Sessions for Staff members and Workers regarding Quality Management System / Environmental Management System.
• Leader of Internal Quality Audit Circle to Plan and perform audits of different departments as per ISO 9000 QMS & ISO 14000 EMS.
• Determine the priorities for the improvement of Quality Management System and implementation of Environmental Management System.
• Identify Critical Control points & monitor the EHS hazards in respective areas.
• Identify Environmental Risk & prepare preventive action plan.
• Monitoring and Control of Measuring and Test Equipment in terms of Calibration internally or externally.
• Job assignment to relevant personnel for monitoring of Quality Management System and implementation of Environmental Management System.
• Develop and maintain an efficient lab.
• Involved in the preparation of Quality System Manual , Quality System Procedure , Work Instructions , Inspection and Test Instructions, relevant forms and formats.
• Developed Material Specification Standards , Process Setup Cards and Quality Plan.
• Monitor and Manage Software for ISO 9000 specially designed with in the company.
• Developed air sampling schedule to monitor Air Borne Asbestos
