I work on various projects in the Marine Corps. My main duty is shipping personnel and equipment to other airbases in the U.S. military. Collateral duties consist of tracking equipment, special functions, typing correspondence letters, presentations, filing, buying equipment, building manager, and mission planning.
Tracking task include over 1200 pieces of equipment located in 20 different office spaces. Special functions are setting up parties/ceremonies for approximately 200 people. Buying equipment for my coworkers consists of everything from pens to printer cartridges to new computers. A building manager is in charge of keeping the office spaces running, with no structural damage to the building (broken faucets, stuck up toilet). When we do mission planning, I take care of our people's living quarters and travel arrangements
