Optimizing the network by constantly monitoring the quality and held responsible for the overall capacity, coverage, frequency and neighborhood optimization so that it should achieved the better use of infrastructure and it’s resources at high level. Initial level of measurement is done with the use of TEMS tool after wards plotting the collected field date into map info of NetPlan and analysis of every measurement that has been carried out at the field. Suggesting solution to BSC for parameter modification, antenna realignment and tilting of antennas. Site relocation and all are some part of the job. About to start CDMA planning with Motorola for BSNL projects, awaiting for LOI to be issued to Motorola. Initial level of planning has been already submitted for that forth-coming project.
