As a computer technician this is my job description:
-Responsible for making purchase order & encoding the quotation.
·Trouble Shooting of computers (assembling and upgrading of computers)
·Assisting customers in surfing the internet operation
·Clerical works (filing, sorting and typing)
·Manage the store shop in / out the transactions
·Software and Hardware Installation
As a office assistant this is my job description:
· Responsible for making purchase order & encoding invoices. Assist to the
Technical Manager in planning related to improve the operation of the dept.
·Responsible the monthly transaction for the shipment coming
·Records the daily report of in/out the materials needs for the customer
·Performs other duties & activities that maybe assigned from time to time by the Technical Manager
·Prepare the monthly report
·Clerical works (filing, sorting, typing and answering phone calls)
·Prepare the Inventory report / Invoice / P. O. and other paper works.
