Project Name: Sales Force Automation

Client Name: Aspect Inc, California (Jan 01 – May 01)

Environment: Windows NT 4, SQL 7.0, Siebel Call Center 2000 and Actuate 4.0

Responsibilities as a CRM Consultant

· Created Technical Design Document
· Created and Modified Business Objects
· Using Siebel tools to create different Links and Joins, Applets and Multi Value Group(MVG)
· Data mapping between Siebel and legacy system for EIM process
· Configuring Extension tables and creating new columns for configuration
· Running Server tasks for EIM to migrate data from legacy system to siebel database
Performed Database extracts and backup of repositories files and perform imports and exporting of data in the Siebel database using EIM. Analyzing the data to be imported and the interface tables for proper transfer of data. Used the database SQL Server tools like Data Transformation Service to the legacy database for exporting/importing data into the Siebel interface tables. Analyzing and preparing the interface tables. Check the EIM Configuration file and make the required modification to it. Running the EIM process after an initial test run on the sample data. Responsibilities as a CRM Consultant

· Documented all objects and field mappings to facilitate mappings to interface tables and EIM processes into base tables of Siebel.
· Developed and implemented customized views for Contacts, Accounts, Literature, Activities and Application administration of data maintenance and user control functionality. Customized the synchronization capabilities of Siebel data with Outlook applications. Business Objects Contacts, Calendar, and activities had modified.
· Performed trouble-shooting, debugging, and technical support duties for over 80 mobile national sales representatives, the sales planning and analysis department, and directors in the production environment.
· Created Pop-up Screens and customer interactive screens through smart scripts.
· Design and develop Cross-sell functionality using custom Business Components, SmartScripts and Script VB.

· Developed for P&O Containers, London. This system consists of knowledge, acquisition component, presentation component & off-line utilities as major modules. The sequencer is the main working environment of the knowledge acquisition module.
· The inputs to the module are accepted from the designer through the keyboard or the mouse.
· The sequencer is represented as icons with labels on a flow line that resembles the file manager in Windows. The presentation module is the end result of a designer’s effort in developing a training material. The off-line utilities module consists of operations like Install, De-install, etc. The project uses MS Access Database for Data Storage and multimedia Authoware Professional for effective presentations.

Project Name: Stock Control System

Client Name: Easylink Information Systems (May 98 – Aug 99)

Environment: Windows NT 4, Oracle 7.3 and Visual Basic 5.0, Crystal reports

· The System will provide the Plant Engineering Maintenance department the capability to prepare in Advance the necessary man power and spare parts requirement and step by step work/task description For a pre-scheduled preventive maintenance.
· Additionally, the System will help the plant engineer to access the performance and reliability and maintenance cost effectiveness of each equipment by keeping Track of the frequency of their preventive as well as corrective measures. This system calculating the man-hours and Spare Parts used for the maintenance and generating daily and monthly reports.

· The Attendance Maintenance System takes care of maintaining the attendance of employees in hour basis. It handles absentee’s list, over time and lack of time in working hours. Preparation of daily attendance reports to report to the Human Resource Department.
