OPERATIONS MANAGER
Call Direct Telecommunications - is a company which provides integrated mobile voice and data solutions to leading corporate clientele as a Premium Telstra Dealer.
As Operations Manager I am responsible for all purchasing and investigation of new technology which will provide these solutions.
I also implement the training in this technology for the corporate Account Managers through the manufacturers.
I oversee the Internal Sales Support division which provides administrative support for the Account Managers.
We have developed an extensive e-commerce interactive web site/ database in conjunction with a web development company which I also oversee.
I was previously the Financial Controller before being promoted into Operations and still have substantial involvement into cashflow and budget management.
I maintain the reconciliation of contract payments and administration.
In 1999 we won the NSW Small Business of the Year Award.
Call Direct Cellular Solutions -is involved in the development of GSM and CDMA data monitoring products to provide companies with solutions for Data collection and analysis via mobile networks.
I have the same Operational responsibilities in this company as for Call Direct Telecommunications.
I also look after the Export of the products to Clients in Europe and Asia.
We won the NSW Small Business Research and Development Award in 1999.
