Duties and Responsibilities:
* Designed a standard workplan for Release Management of new applications and update releases
* Develop processes like testing procedures and protocols, and reporting of bugs
* Updated and enhanced the standard framework in Software Development Projects or the phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Workplan, and other Testing Forms and Templates
* Write test cases, test scripts and test plans
