Have exposure in tool parts manufacturing process deign, modification of tools, from tool deign, Research and development with management system to increase the quality and to cut down the cost by production planning.
I had been exposed with the latest technology in the high speed stamping area, especially in the quartz watch parts stamping and semiconductor frame tools and die. I have covered most of the tool room related equipment such as turning, grinding, milling and drilling and machine. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Working as a TOOL AND DIE MAKER in lead frame stamping tools enhancement and maintenance with specialization at modification center in DYNACRAFT INDUSTRIES SDN.BHD. (Hong Leong Group of Malaysia) since June 1997.
Worked as SKILLED CRAFT PERSON in quartz watch manufacturing enhancement and rebuild the high speed stamping tools with maintenance at precision tool room in TITAN WATCHES LTD, (Tata Group of company- INDIA) since Oct 1989 to June 1997.
WORK DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Manufacturing process of high-speed progressive stamping tools & die building, assembling, recondition, maintenance and troubleshooting.
List down the operational sequences of components in the Precision Tool Room using the tool drawing.
Analyze of components, materials and its functions. Familiar with high-speed progressive lead frame stamping tools, watch parts stamping tools, compound die sets, coin die sets, and rectification dies sets with design & modification.
Manufacturing and servicing of jig fixtures for high quality and high quantity.

Special hand skills in profile carbide punches & dies grinding with quality and making process design.
Able to operate surface and cylindrical grinding machine, Universal grinding, Milling Drilling, Laths and few types of m/c.
Tryout after completion at 1.5 to 100 tons of capacity of different press. Skilled to operate Ec6, Ec1.5, Pla15, Gbh60, Burdurer 30 to 90ton long ton press for set, tryout and running.
Achieving the Co-ordinate reading of component within the minimum accuracy of 2 microns.
Manufacturing the quality stands and documents as per the ISO standard. Involving line problems to get the liner relative deep.
Also familiar with Bending, Forming, Embossing, Piercing, Blanking and coining die sets. Using the material of Brass, Copper, Steel, Carbide and Polypropylene Acrylic mat. & Spring steel.
