More than 19 years experience in Rubber Lining and R/L Inspection. Lot of knowledge in various types of rubber lining procedures like autoclave vulgaanising(Steam), Cold Bond method(P.V Rubber) hot water curing, internal pressure , vulganising,vessel as its autoclave(Steam) and open steam curing.
Lot of experience in site rubber lining & balsting jobs, individually handled more than thirty two sites all over India for chemical plants, fertilizer plants,food processing, petro chemical and cholore alkali plants like storage vessels 20 meter dia x 20 M
height , digestors ,water treatments tanks, and agitator vessels etc.
10 months experience under KCH Germany contract at QAPCO project, QATAR- application of R/L about 22000 m2 area , like clarifiers, water treatment , brine tanks, storage tanks max. size of 50 m dia x 25 m height .
Good knowledge in shop R/L and R/L suitability inspection , like pressure vessels , pipings , fittings, agitators , ducts , scrubbers , blowers , rollers , mercury cell parts , pulleys etc.
Knowledge in Quality control for the rubber lined items like spark testing , hardness test , and other lab tests like elongation , tensile , peel off , adhesion test, debonding , vaccum , pressure , hydraulic test and etc .
Knowledge in formulation of rubber compounds, compounding, calendering, sheet doubling, tapper cutting, sheet emereing, like SNR, ebonite, neoprene, Butyle, NBR, silicon, viton, hypalon , and semi ebonite.
