Lanzarote Beach Club (Canary Islands)
This is where I started in the business as sales rep, and quickly rose to top closer
with my best achievement being 11 clients 11 deals. I was soon promoted to TO ,
then the opportunity to Sales Director. I personally recruited and trained the line of
45 and took the resort from £250.000 a week to over £1.000.000, and keeping our
cancellation rate under 11%.

Professional and best selling resort in Europe)
1990-1991
Tinajo Country Club ( Lanzarote)
Because of my success at the LBC, I was approached by many marketers, but I
stayed on the Island for one more year, and joined the Tinajo Country Club to
oversee the start up and advise on the marketing etc. I recruited and trained all staff
including opc's. After over 5 years on the Island we wanted a time in England.
1992-1994

The resort was at an all time low when I was approached to sell the remaining
weeks. This I did by recruiting and training new staff, and this is where I was
introduced to the Podium style of selling which I thought was very effective.
1994-1999
Club International (Prague)
Project Director
Setting up 7 offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, making our head office in
Prague. We were selling 2 resorts in Lanzarote. I recruited staff for all offices, and
Translators. I arranged all podiums during the week, and then our offices would
have road shows throughout the country at weekends, this proved fantastic, and we
sold the 2 resorts in excellent time.
2000
LomaDynastia OY Finland

Running and controlling 2 offsite offices and 1 large onsite throughout Finland.
The company was thinking of closing the Helsinki office as there were hardly any
sales when I arrived, and I recruited and trained all new staff, and we obtained
record sales since the office was opened.
2001 to present
Piva Vacation Club (Bahrain)

To recruit, train and motivate a line of 21 Indians and Arabs to sell off-site
timeshare, from offices in Bahrain, targeting the Saudi market.
As you can see I do have an excellent background in the business, and I take my
work very serious. I am an excellent Trainer and Motivator, totally loyal and
dedicated to the business, and now I am looking for a new and exciting challenge.
