Work Experience - 9yrs with New Era Industries as Director Commercial. Now I am teaching Management and Marketing at Master Tara Singh Memorial College for Women in Ludhiana. I have switched over to teaching since I have always loved teaching and I thrive on the exhilarating challenge of mind-to-mind combat with exceptional individuals. Teaching is a career where you are constantly renewed by your students and pushed to your limits. I have adopted rigorous teaching methods like case studies, syndicate work, computer simulations, research assignments, formal lectures and guest presentations, role play and class discussion, and site visits. I take pride as a faculty in involving my students in discussion of and participation in our individual and collective research of modern management issues, trends and practice.
