Preparing Process and Instrumentation as well as Equipment Layout, Piping Plan Layout. Civil Foundation & General Arrangement Drawings for Filtration, Softening Plants, Water Treatment Plant, De-Mineralisation Plant, Ultra Filtration and Reverse Osmosis Plant.
Preparing Fabrication Drawings of Jacketed Vessels, Insulated Vessels, Pressure Vessels, Jacketed Vessel with Insulation and Bulk Storage tanks. (Assembly and Detail).
Preparing Piping Isometric drawings for the entire project.
Designing of Skid for Pumps and FRP / MS Vessels along with Piping.
Preparing the Bill of Material.
Supervision of Trial Erection of the Plant at the Factory before dispatch.

Worked as a Mechanical Draughtsman / AutoCAD Operator Release 12 / 13 for M/s Spire India (Manufacturers of Sheet Metal Spring Steel Components).
Job Responsibilities involved
Taking dimensions of small machine components with the help of measuring instruments and then accordingly preparing the Assembly and Detail drawings of the same.
Handing over the drawings to the Workshop for Production and checking the finished components after regular intervals.
Inspecting and accordingly preparing the Quality Control Report.
