* Mechanical Technology or Mechanical Engineering graduate
*3 to 7 years in the field of Plant Operation and Maintenance Engineering in the capacity of mechanical technician
* Preferably in a Hospital,Hotel, Semi-Conductor, Electronics or Pharmaceutical set-up
* Hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, cooling towers, air-handling units, package air-conditioning units, fan coil units, fan blowers, boilers, etc.)
* Preferably with working knowledge in the operation and maintenance of chemical treatment plant
* Can interpret drawings and schematic diagrams
* Can work in shifting schedules
