* Mechanical Technology Graduate of Mechanical engineering
* 3 to 7 years in the field of plant operation and maintenance engineering in the capacity of mechanical technician, preferably in a hospital, hotel, semi-conductor, electronics or pharmaceutical set-up
* Hand-on experience in the operation and maintenance if HVAC systems (chillers, cooling towers, air-handling units, package air-conditioning units, fan coil units, fan blowers, boilers, etc.)
* Preferably with working knowledge in the operation and maintenance of chemical treatment plant
* Can interpret drawings and schematic diagrams
* Can work in shifting schedules
