* 20-30 years old;Male/Female.
* Graduate of Psychology/Behavioral science/Human Resources Management/Comm. Arts.
* Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Human Resources (training/Administrative) tasks.
* Preferably knowledgeable in training needs assessment; materials design and coordination of training activities.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Must be fast, organized and systematic, hardworking and has positive attitude towards work.
* Very good oral and written English communication skills.
