Design and Development Engineers - 2 positions(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
The Job :
As a member of the design team, you are required to work with various discipline from other cross-functional departments and the customers. You are responsible for the design of sub-systems and customized applications of the gold wire-bonders machines. You will ensure that all designs meet cost, quality and timeliness objectives.
Requirements :
a.Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
b.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a design engineer in semiconductor equipment, preferably in gold wire bonders equipment
c.Excellent knowledge of wire bonders machines and the mechanical aspect
d.Self-driven and willing to take up challenging responsibilities and assignments
e.Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
