· Must have significant knowledge and experience of Air-conditioning systems ( windows, split, duct type, and central ) with a working knowledge of fridge's, freezers, cookers, washing machines and small electrical items being desirable.
· Must be able to lead a team of technical and support staff to achieve the highest standards of customer services
· Mechanical Engineering qualifications

· Plus training and management skills are essential for this demanding position
