Company is a private telephone operator committed to providing wireless phone services by using CDMA Technology through strategic partner Qualcomm Inc. of USA. The company has obtained and installed Global Billing System from Crossword India with an initial capacity to bill 25,000-phone subscribers for their hardware and monthly usage. The company has plans to increase its capacity. The Manager Billing will head the Computer/Information Technology Department.
Qualification & Experience
Masters in Computer Science with sound knowledge of Oracle.
Minimum experience of two years at a private telephone operator managing billing and information technology.
Experience with Networking (Window NT) a plus.
Functions:
· To work as system administrator and functional head of Billing/Information Technology Department.
· To trouble-shoot for problems arising in the use of the computer and billing system.
· To generate bills for hardware and monthly usage of telephone services.
· To generate reports for management and reconciliation with other operators.
· To liaison with vendor for custom enhancement and to make changes for different tariff plans and requirement set by the management.
· To generate ad hoc reports and to implement system back procedures.
· To provide support, orientation, and leadership to the other deparments within the company using the billing system including customer care, accounts, finance, stores and engineering.
