1. Experience in vehicle manufacturing & production line assembly (or related field)
2. Good management/supervisory ability, inventory control, & set up of production line.
3. Able & willing to communicate, train & supervise Filipino work crew & possibly other English speaking nationalities.
4. Knowledge of automotive engines, parts suppliers, with some knowledge of parts acquisition, locally in the Philippines. Basic welding & basic metal works in general.
5. Preferably a Native of the Philippines or a Philippine Resident (or an ExPat)
6. College degree or equivalant. Possibly some Vocational Training and some actual experience in a Atomobile Assembly or Manufacturing business.
7. Must speak fluent English (and possibly Tagalog)
8. Between 25 to 60 years old
9. Willing to live in the Angeles City, Philippines area
10. Preferably Computer literite.
11. Able to travel
