for graphic layouts
- Must be technically-proficient with various web and graphic
design software (Macromedia, Photoshop and other)
- Skilled in generating animated.gifs
- Skilled in graphic compression
- Must have knowledge with HTML programming/Frontpage/Dreamweaver
- Must be willing to create stand-out, innovative designs
