A qualified applicant should have/be:

· Able to deal professionally with customers
· Hard working
· Able to focus on the task at hand

· Able to work well within a team, and on individual goals
· Attentive to even the slightest detail
· Motivated by helping others

Skills include (but are not limited to):

· Some experience with the Internet
· Familiarity with Windows 95/98
· Professional telephone skills, able to handle multiple lines, correct use of the phone
Responsibilities include:
· Answering telephones
· Dealing with simple customer requests by telephone or through correspondence
· Any other related jobs as deemed necessary by the manager
